Remote Accounting Analyst Philippine Hours (CPA candidates only)

ABOUT YOU:

You will work on several client accounts performing accounting duties. You will also oversee a team of Bookkeepers and their daily activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting plus more than 3 years of accounting experience
• Must be a CPA (in the Philippines); Audit experience preferred
• 3+ years of experience in Bookkeeping
• Ability to utilize independent judgment in establishing the accuracy and reasonableness of information; Highly organized with great attention to detail
• Ability to work cordially with people of different backgrounds in the organization
• Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to share knowledge and information at different levels of the organization
• Must be customer friendly and focused with strong attention to detail
• Proven ability to successfully resolve and manage conflict.
• Advanced working knowledge of QuickBooks Online or other equivalent accounting software
• Advanced working knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing platforms (Excel & Google Sheets – including pivots, nested formulas, charts, etc)
• Fast learner and enjoys working in a fast-paced work environment
• Able to work independently, take ownership and work independently
• Strong communication and writing skills; Integrity & confidentiality are required
