Job Description

• Validates the adherence of the management of parent and subsidiaries to organization’s policies, procedures and all applicable government laws and its equivalent affecting the accuracy and fairness in the preparation of financial statements
• Reviews the internal control system of both parent and subsidiaries and recommend risk mitigation
• Verifies accuracy of the financial statements by performing analysis of accounts to ensure the reliability of the financial and statistical data pointing out appropriate corrective actions to existing deficiencies
• Confirms account balances with clients by investigating accounts with difference in balances
• Audits the business operations and points out transactions that are contrary to the organization’s policies and procedures for the attention of the concerned personnel
• Validates the conduct of Monitoring by PUS, BM, DM and AM vis-à-vis submitted monitoring registry
• Examines internal IT controls, evaluate the design and operational effectiveness, determine exposure to risk and develop remediation strategies.
• Perform regular IT audit testing and provide recommendations for improvement
• Prepares and submits the audit report to the Audit Supervisor
• Performs other functions assigned by Corporate Internal Auditor
