Job Description

• Determine the demand for products, its competitors and identify potential customers
• Develop pricing strategies with the goal of maximizing the profits or share of the market while ensuring customers satisfaction
• Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and mark up factors
• Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services
• Develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader
• Direct the hiring, training and performance evaluations of marketing staff and oversee their daily activities
• Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities

• College Graduate
• Able to understand/speak, read and write Japanese language (Nihongo)
• With work experience of the same field, minimum of 5 years
