About the Role:

We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Senior Executives in Best Reliable Resources located in BGC Taguig City. You’ll handle a wide range of administrative tasks, manage schedules, and ensure operations run smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external contacts
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Assist in organizing events, meetings, and follow-ups
  • Support in daily operational and administrative tasks
