You’ll handle a wide range of administrative tasks, manage schedules, and ensure operations run smoothly behind the scenes.This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external contacts
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Assist in organizing events, meetings, and follow-ups
- Support in daily operational and administrative tasks
