Fine Dining Server

Job description

We are seeking a polished and customer-focused Fine Dining Server to join our team. As a Fine Dining Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing attentive, personalized service to guests. Your goal is to ensure guest satisfaction, maintain high service standards, and contribute to the restaurant’s overall success.

Responsibilities:

• Provide warm, professional, and attentive service to all guests
• Present menus, explain dishes, and make recommendations based on guest preferences
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously
• Process and accept payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup in accordance with fine dining standards
• Assist in inventory monitoring and restocking of service items as needed
• Uphold restaurant standards for hygiene, grooming, and service etiquette

Qualifications:

• At least Senior High School graduate or College level
• Experience in fine dining or restaurant service is an advantage, but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service and hospitality skills
• Professional appearance and well-groomed presentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Willing to be trained; must be highly trainable
• Basic knowledge of POS systems or willingness to learn
