Server / Host

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Server / Host to join our team at Zirconia Inc. - Dylan Patisserie in Parqal Paranaque City Metro Manila. As a fulltime Server/Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

1. Greeting and seating customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
2. Taking orders and communicating them accurately to the kitchen
3. Serving food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner
4. Ensuring the dining area is clean, well-stocked, and organized
5. Handling payment transactions and providing excellent customer service
6. Assisting with side work, such as side-work cleaning and stocking
7. Adhering to all health, safety, and sanitation standards

1. Previous experience as a Server, Host, or in a similar customer service role in the hospitality industry
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
3. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
4. Positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment
5. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
