• Manage and oversee the international sales team and overseas operations.
• Drive business growth in key markets, especially the USA.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with distributors, contractors, fabricators, and architects.
• Develop and execute international sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Lead negotiations, pricing, and contracts with overseas partners.
• Represent the company in global trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• 3+ years of international sales experience in quartz stone, surface materials, or the construction industry.
• Must be Chinese (Mandarin) speaking, with strong English communication skills.
• Strong network and established connections in the U.S. market (required).
• Proven track record in achieving international sales growth.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Willing to travel overseas as required.
