 I.  PETTY CASH FUND CUSTODIAN (TASI, Velomaxx & Motorpool)
  • Maintain and manage Petty Cash Fund
  • Receive and disburse cash for minor transaction and expenses
  • Encode daily released fund
  • Documentation and Record Keeping
  • Release Delivery Allowance
  • Taking Picture of releasing cash together with the Petty Cash Voucher & Delivery Bag
  • Transmittal Delivery Allowance in every outgoing delivery to be signed by Checker, Check by Security Guard and to be received by Delivery Driver
  • Ensure all receipts and supporting attachment are properly filed
  • Counter checking of Cash on Hand
  • Adhere to established limits and guidelines for petty cash usage
  • Submission of Summary Liquidation Report for replenishment
  • Submission of Unliquidated Expenses for transparency
  • Encashment
II. CREDIT MEMO (returns & out of stocks)
  • Gather all declared returns from Delivery Control and must have a return slip.
  • Collect return slips from Ms. Lyn Inventory
  • Confirm returns specifically the product name, quantity, sales are notified of the returns; pull outs must have pull out slip and signed and received by the checkers.
  • Review all Out of stocks from Tasi Adjustments / OS group chat
  • Declare who is the customer that has no return slips but has product returned.
III. TASI OFFICE CLEANING SUPPLIES & MAINTENANCE
  • Scheduling of aircon Cleaning & Maintenance
  • Make sure there are enough office supplies & medicine on hand
  • Preparation for visitors (ensure the conference room is clean & bottled water is fully stocked)
