JOB SUMMARY:

Act as Owners:

Manage/coordinate Human Resources within the company including employee relations, conflict resolution and policy adherence.

Relate and Inspire:

Develop policies based on long and short-term strategies for HR needs within the company to create a harmonious environment between employees and drive the business vision, proactive employer of choice initiatives, diversity, retention, positive work environment, etc.

Elevate Every Day:

Work as a team with the HR department to manage conflict or issues between employees, implement proactive employee relations strategies, and roll out HR initiatives.

Maintain HR compliance in accordance with Pandr’s values, objectives, policies & procedures at all times.

Attends meetings of line managers and work units to facilitate effective interpersonal communication among participants and to ascertain solutions for human relations and work related problems that adversely affect employee morale and overall organizational productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Handles the same in compliance with company policies and Philippine Labor Law; prepares necessary correspondences.
  • Partners with stakeholders and HR Team in developing and implementing Employee Relations best practices and programs.
  • Attends and represents the company in NLRC/DOLE conferences.
  • Coordinates with corporate legal counsels in the light of administrative cases.
  • Facilitates counseling in conjunction with other stakeholders.
  • Investigates and resolves complex or critical employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collates and analyzes employee feedback across all levels on a regular basis and revises people programs and/or policies to generate more positive outcomes.
  • Conducts sessions to equip line leaders in handling conflicts, employee grievances, and promote supportive workplace culture.
  • Participates in and/or leads projects focused on continuous improvement.
  • Ensures that company's policies are kept up to date and in line with industry best practices.
  • Discuss issues, concerns, and relations matters with HR Head and/or Senior Management.
  • Explains and provides advice to leaders and workers about company and governmental rules, regulations, and procedures, and need for compliance.
  • Attends conferences and meetings, as employee-management liaison, to facilitate communication between parties.
  • Prepares necessary reports and/or documentation requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee relations cases, ensuring proper documentation and confidentiality.
  • Documents and processes attendance-related notices.
  • Enrolls separated employees in DOLE’s Termination Report System.
  • Prepares regular reports on employee relations issues, trends, and resolutions for Senior Management.
  • Working knowledge in key facets of HR Management (Employee Relations, Labor Relations, C&B, Health & Safety, Knowledge Management, Engagement and etc.)
  • Extensive knowledge and experience on Corporate Compliance and Labor Laws
  • Working knowledge in BPO industry standards is required.

Skills you have that will delight us:

  • At least 8 years solid experience in employee relations/industrial relations.
  • Human resources related degree, or a law degree with a focus on labor law.
  • Knowledge of positive employee relations and HR practices including compensation, benefits, employee relations and communications, staffing and policy development.
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing, counseling, facilitation communication, conflict resolution & presentation skills. Strong business acumen & demonstrated ability to execute on complex business initiatives.
  • Demonstrated leadership & ability to motivate & energize teams. Strong results orientation & track record of success
  • Demonstrated ability to develop & execute Employer of Choice Strategies. Strong project management skills & effective delivery on shifting/ simultaneous priorities. Proven track record in developing & executing comprehensive HR strategic plans.
  • Strong communication skills, excellent organizational skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, Google Suite, and other productivity tools in HR.
  • Jeonsoft human resource information systems experience desired.
