ROLE OVERVIEW
- Supervise and schedule maintenance for all production equipment and facilities
- Coordinate with external providers to ensure timely, high-quality service
- Oversee the maintenance team, providing guidance and support
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce equipment breakdowns
- Identify and address engineering or maintenance issues proactively
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Report maintenance activities and budgets to senior management
- Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
- At least 4 years of experience in plant maintenance, production equipment, and utilities (e.g., ACU, freezers, water, compressed air, steam), ideally within the food manufacturing industry
- Proficient in using the ISHIKAWA diagram and other root cause analysis methods
- Strong ability to lead and motivate a team of maintenance technicians
- Working knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Must be willing to visit production hubs and retail stores within the country
