Civil Engineering Supervisor ( For Pooling ) - Muntinlupa

As a Civil Engineering Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the execution of civil and structural engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standards. 1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of civil engineering teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
2. Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and calculations to ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and best practices
3. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to address technical challenges and find innovative solutions
4. Ensure the proper implementation of safety protocols and procedures to protect the wellbeing of the project team and the public
5. Conduct regular site inspections and provide technical guidance to site engineers and construction workers
6. Prepare progress reports, cost estimates, and other project documentation as required
7. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
2. Licensed civil engineer.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Civil Engineering Supervisor or in a similar role
4. Must be knowledgeable in handling carpentry, painting, hot work steel, masonry, plumbing and sanitary related works.
5. Strong understanding of civil and structural engineering principles, codes, and regulations
6. Proficient in the use of engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis tools
7. Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
8. Computer literate and knowledgeable in equipment maintenance, quantity surveying and reporting.
9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
10. Familiarity with local construction practices and regulations in Metro Manila
