Asset Management Assistant

Job Description:
- Assist in the monitoring and management of all acquired Right-of-Way (ROW) projects.
- Assist in ensuring the accuracy and current status/locations of ROW.
- Maintain and update database of all acquired properties including status and current custodian agency.
- Safekeeping of important property documents transmitted by the Acquisition team and documents related to leasing of properties and other agreements in relation to ROW.
- Monitor RPT payments of all acquired projects in coordination with Finance.
- Consolidate and prepare property acquisition reports to higher management.
- Provide administrative support to the wider Asset Management team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a four (4) year course related to Real Estate Management or Property Management.
- With two (2) years of experience in real estate, property management or any related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
