Senior Software Developer serves as both a technical leader and hands-on developer, translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient technology solutions. The position is expected to drive projects from requirements gathering and solution architecture through development, testing, deployment, user adoption, and ongoing support.

The successful candidate must possess strong technical expertise, business process understanding, project leadership skills, and the ability to work closely with department heads to identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation.

• Graduate of Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related technical field.
• 7+ years software development experience
• 3+ years leading software projects
• Experience managing full software development lifecycles
