The Opportunity

We're seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our thriving call centre team at VV Business Solutions, Inc'. As a Call Center Agent, you'll be the friendly voice guiding our customers through their inquiries and providing exceptional service.

This is a full-time role based in our modern office in Santa Ana, Manila City.

What You'll Be Doing

Handling inbound calls from customers and responding to their questions and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues efficiently
Upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to enhance the customer experience
Maintaining meticulous records of all customer interactions
Adhering to call centre policies, procedures and quality standards at all times
Contributing to a positive team environment and collaborating with colleagues to deliver outstanding service

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the BPO industry
Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
A friendly, patient and service-oriented attitude
