• Plan and manage training assessments and evaluations
• Partner with teams and stakeholders to identify learning needs
• Handle end-to-end L&D projects (planning to execution)
• Track and improve training effectiveness and results

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have:

• Bachelor’s degree (any course)
• 3–6 years of experience in Learning & Development
• Strong background in training facilitation and presentations
• Experience in creating training programs and materials
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Visio, and email writing
• Willing to work on a flexible schedule

Nice to Have:

• Experience with LMS or e-learning tools
• Background in instructional design
• Experience in training analytics or reporting
