Supervisor – Healthcare Support Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily operations of assigned teams.
• Monitor team performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
• Prepare and submit accurate reports on performance and compliance.
• Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA, data security, and company policies.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in BPO, healthcare, or customer support.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be Cebu-based and willing to work on-site.
• Comfortable with the evening shift (EST schedule).
