• Responsible of washing and cleaning vegetables, slicing and cutting vegetables and meats and seasoning and marinating food.
• Responsible of cleaning and sanitizing the cooking areas, utensils, pots and pans. They properly prepare and store food in accordance with food safety guidelines and regulations. Cook helpers also remove trash and sanitize trash cans used in the kitchen.
• To assist with consolidation and proper storage of food after meals.
• Responsible of preparing Salad Bar
• Assist with grilling, meat slicing.
• Maintain appropriate inventory of food and supplies.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Previous experience is an advantage
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
• Familiar with Filipino dishes
• Familiar with food costing
• Familiar with food safety measures
• Familiar with kitchen SOP’s
• Can work well even under pressure and with less supervision
• Willing to work on shifts
• Proficient in written and verbal communication
