VA Executive Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Executive Assistant / Virtual Assistant to provide direct support to the CEO in managing daily business and personal affairs. The ideal candidate must have prior Virtual Assistant experience, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time onsite position based in Cebu City.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule.
- Handle emails, correspondence, and follow-ups on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Take meeting notes and monitor action items.
- Organize and maintain records, files, and confidential documents.
- Conduct online research and gather information as needed.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, business partners, and service providers.
- Track tasks, deadlines, and ongoing projects to ensure timely completion.
- Assist with special projects and operational requirements.
- Manage personal appointments and schedules.
- Assist with reservations, bookings, and personal errands when required.
- Coordinate personal travel arrangements and related logistics.
- Handle ad hoc requests and administrative matters on behalf of the CEO.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Previous Virtual Assistant experience is required.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with numbers, reports, and data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Professional, dependable, and resourceful.
