We're Hiring: Operations Manager – Food & Beverage / Catering Industry
Work Location: NAIA, Pasay City & Clark International Airport
Work Setup: Onsite

Work Schedule: Day Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure service quality, food safety, and operational targets are met.
  • Lead strategic planning and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for the unit.
  • Conduct and participate in internal/external audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Standardize quality approaches across the organization, including processes, tools, and reporting systems.
  • Resolve operational and customer-related issues through effective problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Drive workforce productivity and efficiency to support business profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with all customer requirements, cost targets, schedules, and safety standards.
Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in F&B operations, airline catering, or related hospitality/food service management roles.
  • Strong background in operations management, quality assurance, and process improvement.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale food service operations, including compliance with food safety standards.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, TQM, Kaizen, or other operational excellence methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to travel between NAIA and Clark Airport (travel expenses covered).
  • A Master’s degree or certifications in Quality Management, Lean, or related fields is an advantage.
