Building Electrical Engineer

Vista Malls is looking for a Building Electrical Engineer who will ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of our mall facilities. If you are a licensed Electrical Engineer with a strong background in building systems, facility operations, and preventive maintenance, we’d love to have you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of electrical systems, equipment, and facilities within the mall.
• Conduct routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance to ensure compliance with safety standards and energy efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues in coordination with contractors and service providers.
• Prepare and review electrical plans, layouts, and load schedules for new projects and renovations.
• Monitor utility consumption and recommend energy-saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine Electrical Code, local government regulations, and company safety protocols.
• Supervise and guide technicians to maintain high standards of work quality.
• Coordinate with property and facilities management teams for smooth mall operations.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE) in the Philippines.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in building/facility management, preferably in malls, commercial centers, or similar establishments.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety codes, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Experience in project management and contractor supervision is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office and CAD applications (AutoCAD preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Willing to be assigned in Pampanga.
