Electrical Site Engineer (Urgent Position)

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Site Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day construction activities at project sites, ensuring that work is carried out according to technical specifications, engineering standards, and applicable safety regulations.

This role is critical in delivering successful infrastructure projects—particularly those related to NGCP transmission lines, substations, or grid improvement projects—within budget and on schedule.

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is carried out in accordance with project specifications, timelines, and safety regulations.
• Interpret and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications; provide practical engineering solutions as required during construction.
• Conduct regular quality control inspections and testing to ensure all works meet the required engineering and safety standards.
• Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders to support smooth and timely project execution.
• Prepare and submit detailed progress reports, site documentation, and updates to the Project Manager on a regular basis.
• Enforce strict adherence to health and safety procedures to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, work performed, materials used, and manpower deployed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in technical software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA) may be required.
• Experience in NGCP is advantage.
• Available to start immediately.
