To facilitate and ensure the achievement of sales, distribution, merchandising, and collection targets on the assigned covered areas every month within the set standards.- Sales Generation
o Work with, (field work) with sales team 4 times week and provide work with findings to immediate superior
- Managing of Account Receivables and Trade Relations
- Sales Reporting
o Facilitates and ensures timely and accurate preparation of sales figures and analysis to provide strategic and analytical business perspective for the distributor and the principal
- Customer Management
- People Management
o Conducts and facilitates regular reviews and coaching to sales team to continuously improve team performance towards achieving sales targets and required performance competencies; (standard requirement of 4 times a week work with, with reports update on the In-Call Execution)
o Facilitates and ensures documentation of best practices as well as of negative experiences to enhance future plans and programs towards achieving performance targets; o Facilitates and ensures identification of team development needs, opportunities and strategic actions to achieve performance targets; o Facilitates and executes regular Sales Team performance appraisals and assessments in line with DPMS guidelines
o Facilitates and ensures addressingof gaps and maximizing opportunities to ensure attainment of performance objectives; o Facilitates and ensures on time implementation and high-quality execution of Cycle Plans and other initiatives that drive POP
o Provides and executes regular and consolidated updates, reports, evaluation and feedback to TMAS and Area Sales Manager / Site Operations Manager

Key Performance Indicators
- Achievement NPS sell-in and sell-out targets.
- Achievement of business plans based on set strategies
- Consistent application of standards and policies on Field Management
- Achievement of Merchandising and Market Hygiene performance targets as set by channels and customer teams.
- Achievement and execution of Account Collections and Accounts Receivables Management
- Execution of effective reportage, feedback & communication to Distributor Management
Qualifications/Requirements
Graduate of any related college degreeMinimum of 2 years Operational planning and administration experience/exposure
distribution or sales in business environment
Preferably with strong business management or hospitality industry background
experience/exposure.
Strong leadership skills
Knowledge of functional roles in the organization
Understanding of Marketing objectives, strategies and action plans
Understanding of competitive trade and Industry structures
