Posted on 1 September 2025- Reviews daily invoices submitted by salesman.
- Ensure customer names on Delivery Receipts (DR) are accurately entered into the system.
- Verify that dates, bread quantities, prices, and DR numbers match the data input by Salesmen.
- Check Salesmen's computations on DRs, making corrections and notes as needed.
- Add new customer names and contact information to the system as required.
- Record and input returned bread data from Salesmen into the SKU system.
- Ensure accurate recording of returns on the Bread Out Form.
- Check and record discrepancies between the DCR and posted shortages in SharePoint.
- Ensures confidentiality of records and reports.
- Contributes to formulating accounting manual for outlet policies and procedures.
- Attends training and development sessions designed for the department and for the company as a whole.
Qualifications/Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, or any financial courseTraining Requirements: Minimum / No Training Required
