Safety Supervisor

Competence Requirements:

• Graduate of 5 years course preferably engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil)
• With at least 3 years relevant experience in manufacturing industry and 2 years relevant experience as Compliance/Safety Supervisor
• Preferably with BOSH/COSH, LCM and SPA
• With knowledge in ISO 45001-2018 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System and ISO 14001-2015 Environmental Management System
• With knowledge in government requirements and compliance (DOLE, DENR, BFP, DDB, PDEA, DDB, PNP)
• Preferably with resource speaker and trainer background
• With updated basic life support with AED and First Aid Training duly recognize by Philippine Red Cross or Accredited Safety Training organization
• With extensive knowledge with Emergency Preparedness and Response Program

Responsibilities:

1. Develops, promotes, and implements safety and security risk programs in the workplace. This includes conducting safety awareness, seminars, and information campaigns.
2. Work hand in hand together with the Company Nurse in the implementation of safety, health, and sanitation.
3. Ensure reportorial requirements submission and conduct safety audits in compliance with OSHS.
4. Conducts regular checking of machine tools, fire alarms, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and equipment.
5. To prepare an annual report of safety and health programs of the establishment
6. To be present during the safety inspections by authorized government agencies and as requested during regular health and safety meetings.
7. To develop, implement and monitor the Occupational Health and Safety Policy, Programs, and Procedures of the company.
