Production Supervisor (DP Pulilan Bulacan)

• Attain daily production output target by developing and implementing strategies, giving emphasis on food quality and safety including section productivity.
• Supervise, instruct, motivate, and evaluate staffing placement and training of crews.
• Closely monitor production processes ensuring product specifications are met.
• Track and analyze operations KPIs (i.e., target serving, efficiency, yields)
• Target and maintain production efficiency and devise ways and methods to optimize resources (i.e. manpower, raw materials)
• Implement worker compliance to company policies, standards, and procedures – with GMP, HACCP, and occupational health safety as main focal points.
• Assumes the direct and indirect responsibility to implement the objectives, targets and programs of the company to ensure that the integrated management system of the company is implemented.
• Initiates action under his/her scope of work to assure that BFFI products, processes and services are carried out in an environmentally responsible and protective manner to guarantee the integrity of BFFI’s food safety practices and to implement continual improvement programs.
• Perform other related duties as required by the immediate superior.

Key Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Agriculture, or any related courses
2. Minimum one year of experience in food manufacturing industry
3. Knowledge of GMP & HACCP and related food safety procedures
4. can multi-task in an effective manner and work under tight deadlines
5. ability to collect data, prepare, interpret, and analyze reports
