Electrical engineer (general)

Job Description

• Design high-complexity test hardware and PCB solutions for semiconductor devices
• Develop ATE interface boards used in testing AI, HPC, mobile processors, and RF chips
• Perform Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) simulations at board or system level
• Conduct device testing feasibility studies and risk analysis
• Work on high layer PCB design and testing circuits
• Collaborate with global teams on mechanical design, cable design, and thermal evaluation
• Support end-to-end hardware project management from concept to delivery
• Develop hardware documentation, schematics, and BOMs for fabrication and assembly
• Research new technologies and materials for next-generation semiconductor testing

• Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer, or Mechatronics Engineering
• Strong foundation in electronic circuit design and hardware systems
• Experience or exposure to Cadence PCB design tools
• Knowledge of Signal Integrity (SI) or Power Integrity (PI) is a strong advantage
• Understanding of PCB manufacturing processes and high-speed design rules
• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a cross-functional and global engineering environment
