MECHANICAL / ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any related technical course.
• Preferably a licensed engineer (PRC) or with relevant technical certification (e.g., NC II or equivalent).
• At least 1 year of experience in hotel/resort engineering, facilities maintenance, or related field is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection and safety systems, generators, and general building maintenance.
• Knowledgeable in government regulatory compliance, including permits, safety standards, and statutory requirements related to building operations and engineering systems.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and engineering reports.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to supervise, manage, and train a team of technicians and maintenance staff.
