Job description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Franchise Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team. This role plays a vital part in expanding our brand’s presence by identifying, engaging, and securing qualified franchise partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (any field)
• At least 2–3 years of experience in franchise recruitment, sales, or franchise development (experience in the food or retail industry is an advantage)
• Strong understanding of franchise models and legal framework
• Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse individuals

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding qualified franchise candidates to support Julie's Bakeshop expansion through Franchising
• Develop and implement effective strategies to attract and recruit qualified franchise partners
• Evaluate franchise applications and ensure compliance with company standards and requirements
