Billing Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine clerical and organizational tasks.
  • Scheduling technician for meter reading of machine to client.
  • Process monthly billing based on the volume/consumption used.
  • Data encoding.
  • Answering client inquiries and concern thru email and phone call.
  • Create reports for monitoring.
  • Coordinates and maintains historical records by filing documents.
  • Other functions as needed by the immediate superior.

Qualifications:

  • Must have Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Strong computer/technical skills
  • Ability to problem-solve using problem analysis skills
  • Experience in customer service or relevant role is an advantage
  • Attention to detail with high level of planning and organizational skills
  • Ability in multitasking and time-management
  • With Data Entry Skills, Reporting Skills, Administrative Writing Skills, Understanding the Customer, Customer Focus, Informing Others, Self-Development, Attention to Detail, Professionalism, Microsoft Office Skills, Teamwork
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to potential customers.
  • Ability to analyse and revise operating practices to improve efficiency.
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
