We're looking for an experienced IT Account Manager to lead client engagement, manage IT project ideation and delivery, and handle business-as-usual (BAU) enhancements. The role involves regular business interaction, project scoping, budgeting support, and delivery alignment with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities- Align IT plans with business strategy and priorities
- Serve as the main point of contact for project and BAU needs
