Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to manage client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive account growth. You will act as the main point of contact for assigned clients and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding service and solutions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partnership Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with merchant partners, handling escalations and addressing high-priority needs effectively.
  • Performance Monitoring: Project and track daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly account metrics to ensure alignment with strategic business goals.
  • Data & Performance Insights: Evaluate commercial and operational data to identify trends, optimize performance, and drive revenue growth through data-informed strategies.
  • Marketing & Campaign Execution: Oversee marketing initiatives and ongoing promotional activities
  • Campaign ROI: Monitor the effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) of marketing campaigns and promotional efforts,
  • Business Reviews & Opportunity Analysis: Conduct regular internal and external reviews to assess performance, uncover gaps, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Strategic Business Planning: Lead joint planning sessions with partner merchants, holding regular strategy meetings to assess progress and refine approaches.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams across Business Development, Business Operations, Marketing, and Finance to effectively manage accounts assigned
  • Project Management: Coordinate end-to-end project activities, resolving daily challenges and collaborating with internal stakeholders to capture and address Merchant needs
  • Client Engagement: Maintain a strong client presence through regular site visits and direct engagement.
  • Account Development: Continuously generate and implement innovative strategies to drive account growth
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in digital marketing and data analytics
  • Experience in logistics and/or Cloud/Saas product
  • Junior AM - 1-2 years of work experience in Account Managment
  • Senior AM - At least 3 years of work experience in Account Management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
