HR/Payroll Manager

About the role
As the HR/Payroll Manager at EPI-USE, you will play a pivotal role in managing the full range of HR and payroll functions for our growing team. What you'll be doing- Overseeing all payroll processing and ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits
- Administering and optimizing HR policies, procedures, and systems to support the business
- Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Coordinating employee onboarding, training, and development initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment legislation and regulations
- Maintaining accurate employee records and confidential personnel files
- Assisting with talent acquisition, including recruitment, interviewing, and selection
- Contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategy and initiatives
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar HR/payroll management role, preferably within the software or consulting industry
- Excellent knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and payroll administration
- Comprehensive understanding of both Philippines and international employment legislation to effectively manage compliance across diverse jurisdictions
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently
- Proficient in HR information systems and payroll software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
- HRIS and/or payroll certifications would be highly desirable
