The Group Purchasing Director will oversee procurement operations across all Ayala Land Hotels and Resorts properties. This role is responsible for strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, contract management, and ensuring consistency in quality and cost efficiency.

Qualifications:

- At least 10 years of procurement experience, with a strong background in handling multi-property or group-level purchasing
- Extensive knowledge of supplier management, cost control, and contract administration
- Preferably with experience in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
