Supply Chain Business Analytics Senior Specialist
Position Title: Business Analytics, Systems, and Process Optimization Senior Specialist
Position Summary: This role is responsible for managing shared services and providing support to Supply Chain Management to ensure the achievement of organizational objectives. Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality data, market insights, and business analytics to aid management decision-making; supporting the adoption of AI-driven tools to automate tasks, analyze data, and generate actionable insights; and overseeing vendor accreditation processes to ensure a pool of top-tier suppliers.
Additionally, the role involves managing supplier performance, developing standardized SCM policies and processes aligned with organizational standards, leading process governance and continuous improvement initiatives, and monitoring team performance and budgets.The position also supports first-level SCM system support, facilitates system updates, documents business processes, conducts user training, and resolves system-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver data-driven insights and analytics to support strategic and operational decisions
- Drive AI and automation initiatives within SCM
- Manage vendor accreditation, performance, and improvement programs
- Ensure compliance and support updates for SCM systems
- Maintain data integrity, oversee system configuration, and promote ongoing process enhancements
- Collaborate across internal teams and external partners to optimize supply chain operations
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in supply chain management or related fields
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Behavioral Science, Engineering, or technical disciplines
- Proficiency in data visualization, storytelling, and data governance practices
- Knowledge of AI/ML, risk-based thinking, project management, and system support
- Leadership experience and project implementation background are preferred but not mandatory
