Warehouse Supervisor

 I.  Position Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of trucks, heavy equipment, and spare parts. This role ensures accurate inventory management, efficient workflow, and compliance with company policies and safety standards to support overall operations and after-sales service requirements.

• Makes sure all local purchases are correct and supplied on time.
• Reconcile any inventory variances and keep records of all vendors, contracts, and correspondence
• Maintain a clean; neat, and orderly work area; ensure all security policies and procedures are followed
• Organizing and maintaining warehouse up to standard to ensure maximum output
• Oversees outgoing shipping activities to ensure other fulfillment accuracy, completeness, & condition of loads
• Supervise receipt of all shipments. Process receiving, discrepancy, and damage reports as needed.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction levels through excellence in dispatching, identifying, receiving, and ensuring quality of products
• Control and organize storage and inventory space
• Interact with clients to resolve problems or answer questions and implement solutions to improve the purchasing process
• Maintain records, utilize specialized reports, and document relevant information to calculate warehouse ranks
• Prepare, pack, schedule, and route orders for delivery
• Oversee unloading of brand-new units;
• Implement warehouse standards for locations, labels, movement, binning process, receiving and issuance;
• Endorse for approval tagging of units for allocation;
• Recommend for approval vehicle transfer to branch;
• Strict practice of FIFO for parts and vehicle;
• Conduct weekly random inventory of parts (cyclic count);
• Ensure local purchases conforms with the company purchasing standard;
• Observe timeline on supplying local purchase;
• Assist in planning and implementing warehouse policies, procedures and activities in accordance with departments goals and objectives.

• Must be a college graduate
• Has at least three (3) years of warehousing experience in automotive or similar items
• Has excellent leadership skills
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes
• Proficient in MS Excel and warehouse/inventory systems
