WE’RE HIRING – Warehouse Supervisor

• Banawe, Quezon City

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage inventory, and lead the warehouse team to ensure efficient and accurate handling of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Warehouse Operations

• Supervise daily activities: receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping
• Ensure proper organization and storage of inventory
• Maintain cleanliness and safety within the warehouse

1. Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
• Conduct regular stock and cycle counts
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies

1. Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
• Schedule deliveries and manage transportation logistics
• Communicate with suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams

1. Team Supervision

• Supervise warehouse staff (pickers, packers, etc.)
• Assign tasks and monitor daily performance
• Provide training and guidance to team members

1. Process Improvement

• Identify areas for operational improvement
• Implement efficient warehouse and logistics practices
• Ensure compliance with company procedures

1. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare reports on inventory, shipments, and performance
• Maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions
• Use WMS/ERP systems for tracking

1. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to safety regulations
• Enforce proper handling of goods and equipment
• Conduct safety checks and incident reporting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• At least 3–5 years experience in warehouse/logistics operations
• At least 1–2 years supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
