1. Technical Development & Solution Implementation

• Assist in designing, developing, configuring, and implementing technical solutions based on approved functional and business requirements.
• Support system customization, enhancement, and configuration to meet project and client needs.
• Contribute to system integration, data migration, and deployment activities under guidance.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and technical best practices.

1. Technical Support & Issue Resolution

• Provide technical support during implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live phases.
• Assist in troubleshooting system issues, bugs, and basic performance concerns.
• Support root cause analysis and implement corrective actions under senior guidance.

1. Collaboration & Project Support

• Work closely with Senior Technical Consultants and Functional Consultants to translate requirements into technical outputs.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to support timely delivery of project milestones.
• Participate in internal discussions, technical workshops, and solution alignment sessions.

1. Documentation & Knowledge Management

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation such as configuration notes, design inputs, and deployment guides.
• Document system changes, enhancements, and integration activities accurately.
• Support knowledge sharing by contributing to internal documentation and learning sessions.

1. Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement

• Participate in testing activities, code reviews, and quality assurance processes.
• Support identification of process gaps and contribute to efficiency and automation improvements.
• Stay updated on relevant technologies, tools, and development practices.

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Open for Fresh

• At least 1 year of experience in software development, technical consulting, or system implementation roles.
• Exposure to project-based or client-facing technical environments is an advantage.
• Experience supporting system development, configuration, integration, or deployment activities.

• Proficiency in at least one relevant programming language or platform used by the organization.
• Knowledge of system integration, APIs, and database concepts.
• Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with development tools, version control systems, and deployment processes is preferred.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms and enterprise systems is an advantage.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams.
