Job Overview:

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will assist members with inquiries related to healthcare benefits, insurance coverage, claims, and more. You will play a vital role in helping patients and healthcare providers navigate health plans efficiently and with empathy.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding health insurance policies, claims, coverage, and eligibility
  • Assist members and providers in understanding medical benefits and billing concerns
  • Provide accurate and timely information while ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Document and update customer records in the system
  • Follow compliance protocols and handle sensitive health information (HIPAA or local equivalent)
  • Qualifications:
✅ High School or Senior High School Graduate (College level or graduates preferred)
✅ Strong communication skills in English (oral and written)
✅ Customer-focused with the ability to handle sensitive or emotional situations
✅ Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules

✅ BPO experience is a plus, especially in healthcare-related accounts
