As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will assist members with inquiries related to healthcare benefits, insurance coverage, claims, and more. You will play a vital role in helping patients and healthcare providers navigate health plans efficiently and with empathy.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding health insurance policies, claims, coverage, and eligibility
- Assist members and providers in understanding medical benefits and billing concerns
- Provide accurate and timely information while ensuring a positive customer experience
- Document and update customer records in the system
- Follow compliance protocols and handle sensitive health information (HIPAA or local equivalent)
- Qualifications:

✅ BPO experience is a plus, especially in healthcare-related accounts
