US Account Manager | Hybrid
The Account Manager (US) is a client-facing, revenue-focused role responsible for managing and growing assigned US client accounts with a higher level of autonomy and accountability. While the core responsibilities mirror those of an Account Associate, the Account Manager is assigned a larger and more complex portfolio and is expected to independently drive account performance, client retention, and revenue growth.
Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, this role works cross-functionally with Account Management peers and the Client Services & Operations team to execute sales initiatives, manage client relationships, and oversee project delivery, contributing directly to the growth and stability of the business.
Responsibilities:
Independently manages assigned mid-to-large client accounts, ensuring consistent service quality and high client satisfaction- Executes account growth strategies and provides strategic recommendations based on client performance and market insights.

- Above average written and verbal communications skills in English are required in order to communicate effectively with co-workers, partners, clients and other parties.
- Highly analytical and with innovative mind-set
- Must have a strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Passion with technology, ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and various sales-management software, creation of sales decks, and presentations and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) is a must
- Must be self driven and with proven self-leadership skills
- Experience dealing with other cultures and diverse work environments is required
- Ability to participate in sales bid conceptualizations and brainstorming and overall sales and operations support to clients
- Bachelor`s/College Degree is required
- At least 2 Years of Account Assistant or Account Management experience in the Market Research (panel selling field experience is an advantage); or must have a strong background in sales and client relationship management.
US Shift - Flexible Night Shift Schedule (core hours 2:00am-6:00am)
