About the Role
We are urgently looking for energetic and confident Inbound and Outbound Agents to join our growing startup based in Cebu IT Park. Whether you're answering customer concerns or reaching out to potential clients, you'll play a key role in helping us scale.This is your chance to get in early with a startup where your work actually matters.
What You'll Do- Handle inbound or outbound calls professionally and confidently
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers in English
- Manage and update leads through our CRM system
- Provide accurate information, resolve concerns, or pitch to prospects
- Meet daily targets while maintaining high-quality interactions
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment
- Fresh graduates are welcome – no BPO experience required!
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone
- Good basic computer skills (typing, navigating multiple tabs, using common office tools)
- Basic CRM knowledge to handle and track leads – don't worry, full training will be provided!
- Willingness to work onsite at Cebu IT Park
- Comfortable working under a contractor setup
- Positive attitude, coachable, and eager to grow with a startup
