Job Summary:

RD Balderas Builders Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineer to assist in project estimating, planning, coordination, and implementation. The position is suited for a detail-oriented and motivated individual who is willing to learn, be trained, and grow with the team.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed estimates and project costings
Conduct site inspections and feasibility assessments
Assist in the planning and implementation of projects
Research project requirements and prepare supporting estimates
Review relevant government regulations, codes, and ordinances
Provide recommendations and alternative solutions to project concerns
Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors professionally
Support project management activities, including budget monitoring, resource coordination, deadline tracking, and quotation consolidation

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
PRC license is an advantage but not required
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Proficient in Autodesk, Microsoft Office, and similar software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
Good organizational and time management skills
Willing to learn, be trained, and grow with the team
Able to coordinate with different professionals and handle multiple projects
