Job Purpose
The Junior Marketing Officer supports the execution of marketing strategies and ensures smooth day-to-day promotional activities. This role bridges strategy and execution—translating ideas into content, coordinating with vendors, and tracking digital performance.
You will also manage KOL (Key Opinion Leader) and influencer efforts—identifying, engaging, and evaluating creators to boost brand awareness and engagement across digital platforms.
The goal is to grow brand visibility and customer engagement while ensuring all activities are on-brand, timely, and measurable.
Job Responsibilities
Digital Content & Social Media Support- Write and proofread copy for social media, newsletters, and ads
- Coordinate with creatives to align visuals with brand guidelines
- Maintain and update the monthly content calendar
- Identify and build relationships with relevant KOLs and influencers
- Manage collaborations, including seeding, briefs, and timelines
- Track and report performance and audience sentiment
- Assist in executing campaigns, promotions, and product launches
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Support logistics for events, shoots, and activations
- Track KPIs across social media, email, and influencer campaigns
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
- Monitor competitors and flag relevant trends
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media
- Portfolio demonstrating campaign execution and influencer coordination
- Strong writing skills in English and Filipino with attention to detail
- Skilled in content calendars, deadlines, Excel/Google Sheets, and PowerPoint
- Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable
- Metro Manila-based; hybrid setup with onsite reporting 1–2 times per month or as needed
- HMO upon hiring
- Pro-rated VL upon regularization; 15 VL + 5 SL after 1 year
