We are currently representing a well-established company in the food distribution industry in their search for driven and experienced Sales Managers and Trade Marketing Managers. Our client is a key player in the food sector, known for supplying high-quality products across retail and foodservice channels nationwide.

Role Overview

These roles will play a vital part in driving business growth, market penetration, and brand presence. The ideal candidates will have a solid background in the food or FMCG sector and be highly strategic, results-driven, and adept at building strong customer relationships.

Sales Manager – Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts, including retailers, distributors, and foodservice partners
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet volume and revenue targets
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives or field staff
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
  • Build long-term customer relationships and oversee account servicing
Trade Marketing Manager – Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement trade marketing programs across modern and traditional trade
  • Work closely with sales teams to align trade campaigns with business objectives
  • Analyze sales and market data to identify growth opportunities and improve execution
  • Manage trade budgets, promotional planning, and merchandising activities
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive brand visibility and retail performance
Qualifications for Both Roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales or trade marketing within the food, FMCG, or related industry
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Willingness to travel and work in a hybrid field-office setup
  • Proven track record of hitting targets and growing market share
