Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Elementary School Teacher to provide quality instruction and foster a positive learning environment for young learners. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, supporting students’ academic and personal development, and promoting a love for learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons aligned with the school curriculum
• Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
• Assess and monitor student progress through various evaluation methods
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and concerns
• Manage classroom behavior using positive and effective strategies
• Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development
• Collaborate with colleagues and school staff to enhance student learning

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or a related field
• Licensed Professional Teacher (LET passer)
• Preferably with teaching experience in an elementary setting
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Patient, creative, and passionate about teaching young learners

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in private or international school settings
• Ability to integrate technology into teaching
• Strong organizational and lesson planning skills
• Commitment to continuous professional growth
