Provide technical support and assistance to customers regarding equipment and system concerns.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Perform installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of equipment.
Inspect equipment and identify necessary repairs or replacements.
Respond promptly to service requests and customer concerns.
Prepare and maintain accurate service and maintenance reports.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.

Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism.

Qualifications/Requirements

Vocational or technical graduate; related certifications are an advantage.
With experience in technical support, troubleshooting, repair, or maintenance.
Knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration, electronics, and mechanical systems.

-Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.

Good communication and customer service skills.
Willing to perform fieldwork and travel as needed.
Physically fit and able to handle technical service tasks.
