Warehouse Logistics Manager

Job Summary:

The Warehouse & Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, inventory management, transportation, distribution, and logistics activities to ensure efficient and cost-effective movement of goods. The role ensures compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational KPIs while driving continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse and logistics operations.
• Ensure accurate inventory control and stock management.
• Oversee inbound and outbound shipments.
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor warehouse productivity, efficiency, and cost control.
• Implement and maintain warehouse safety and security standards.
• Analyze logistics performance and prepare operational reports.
• Lead, train, and develop warehouse and logistics personnel.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to optimize operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehousing, and transportation operations.
• Experience managing teams and third-party logistics providers.
• Proficient in ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred:

• Experience in FMCG, consumer electronics, retail, or distribution industries.
• Knowledge of Philippine customs, importation, and transportation regulations.
