We are a Customs Brokerage and Freight Forwarding Company with our own fleet of trailer trucks, committed to delivering efficient and reliable logistics solutions to our clients. Established in 1990, our Company has over 35 years of experience in the industry and continues to grow and expand its operations.

We are looking for Logistics Coordinators to oversee daily trucking operations and ensure timely delivery of shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Schedule and dispatch trailer trucks for deliveries and cargo movements.
2. Coordinate with clients and operations staff regarding delivery schedules.
3. Monitor the status of deliveries and provide timely updates to concerned parties.
4. Handle and supervise drivers and helpers, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
5. Resolve operational issues such as delivery delays, route concerns and vehicle-related matters.
6. Prepare and maintain delivery, dispatch and trucking operation records.
7. Ensure efficient utilization of company vehicles and manpower.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
2. At least 1–2 years of experience in logistics, trucking, transportation or fleet coordination.
3. Knowledge of dispatching, route planning and delivery monitoring.
4. Strong communication and coordination skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deliveries simultaneously.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc).
7. Willing to work on a graveyard shift.
8. Ability to drive is an advantage.
