POSITION SUMMARY
Assists the Building Administrator in managing daily operations, facility and maintenance of the assigned building and liaises with tenants and owners, coordinates and manages maintenance, housekeeping, security activities, and ensures the facilities meet regulatory standards and codes.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Oversees and/or coordinates maintenance/repair work assignments by technicians, vendors and contractors performing building maintenance, landscaping, and janitorial work.
- Assists in the preparation of Operating and Capital Budgets.
- Submits periodic reports to the Building Administrator pertaining to building operation and in-house equipment maintenance and downtime.
- Monitors tenant fit-out / construction process and reports non-compliance to building regulations
- Assumes the responsibility of the Building Administrator, in case of absence
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred), Business Administration, Property Management, or any related field
- At least 3 years of experience in property management in a supervisory or managerial position
