The Customer Service Representative Team Leader is responsible in ensuring overall satisfaction of customers across all type of services offered by MLI per assigned area, in support of Operations and Documentations’ daily transactions, auxiliary support, as well as with clients’ facility concerns.Takes lead in securing transaction forecasts and client requirement on a daily or weekly basis.
- Helps in addressing, coordinating and resolving of every client requests and issues
- Assists the Warehouse Operations Admin Manager in monitoring CSR functions and their deliverables across facilities.
- Coordinates with Warehouse Operations and Sales and Marketing teams, in consolidating customer service reports and metrics and its analysis for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications/Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any business related courses
- With at least 1 year working experience in the field of third party warehousing, logistics and supply chain services as documentation and customer support in a leading function.
- Has knowledge on related processes and systems in warehousing, logistics and distribution services.
- Has experience in documentation, coordination, influencing for results and customer relations
Skills:
- Excellent communication (oral and written) skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficient in the use of various Microsoft Office and other related software.
- Have leadership and people handling skills.
- Strong teamwork service oriented, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and able to lead with own initiative.
