About the Role

As a Sales Manager, you’ll be the face of our brand in your region — helping independent hotels unlock better revenue through technology. You’ll build relationships, run impactful demos, and drive growth in one of the most exciting hospitality markets in Southeast Asia.

What You’ll Do
  • Own your market and execute a strategic sales plan for independent hotels
  • Prospect actively through research, events, referrals, and partnerships
  • Lead consultations & demos that clearly show ROI and operational value
  • Meet hoteliers on the ground to understand challenges and position our solution
  • Collaborate internally with Customer Success and Operations teams
  • Build long‑term relationships with hotel owners, GMs, and revenue leaders
  • Stay sharp on market trends and competitor offerings
  • Hit and exceed targets that directly contribute to company growth
  • Shape the product by sharing insights from the field
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Proven B2B sales experience (hospitality or SaaS is a plus)
  • Confident presenter who can simplify complex ideas
  • Target‑driven, energetic, and excited by closing deals
  • Strong business acumen and ability to diagnose client pain points
  • Self‑motivated, resilient, and comfortable in a fast‑moving startup environment
  • Natural relationship‑builder who earns trust quickly
  • Familiarity with hotel operations or revenue management is a bonus
